Dealing with a small company defiantly has its benefits, this means we enjoyed a high standard of personal service, not always found with the larger building companies. Throughout each stage of our home, Mark who was our builder and Home Building Manager, organised subcontractors and materials on site when needed. Mark and his team built my 4 bedroom home in Redwood Springs in 2004/2005. I was a little uncertain and cautious to begin with as I had never built a new home before. Mark, very quickly put me at ease and made the whole experience an enjoyable and trouble free one. I was involved from day 1 ... and kept up to date weekly. I was able to visit the site at any time and felt the whole time that he was building for me, and not just a customer so felt very much part of the process.
Nothing was a problem. If I wanted something done, it was done. I found Mark very professional, very informative and a pleasure to deal with. He always offered advice and suggestions to ensure my home was competed to a very high standard - and on time. I ended up with a very solid and high quality home.
